Secret #1: Say Goodbye to Carbs (Temporarily)

On some days, it’s recommended you eat little or no carbs. And at least on workout days you can eat plenty of carbs to refuel your body. It makes a huge difference if your body can’t rely on carbohydrates for energy, that’s when it will start to burn fat. Instead, increase your
protein intake and eat more  protein (such as steak, poultry, fish, legumes, and eggs) and veggies. You’ll probably feel hungrier, so structure your diet to eat up to 6 mini-meals a day.

Secret #2: Muscle Confusion… Huh?

Muscle growth and recovery happens overnight, so it operates at peak capacity the following day. If this secret is overlooked, your beach body cannot properly repair itself.

Secret #4: Drink Water- And Plenty Of It!

Keeping your body hydrated is a key component to a killer physique. During intense workouts the body requires water to replenish itself and keep performance at its peak. Water helps energize the muscle and reduce fatigue. We recommend drinking at least 8 glasses of water per day. Water is essential to keep the body looking strong and your skin healthy.
